SILENT BEING MEDITATION
The meditation practice I teach to individuals is called Silent Being. It naturally came to me after years of learning various types of meditation from other teachers and noticing what did and didn’t feel helpful for my integrative process. Silent Being allows you to go much deeper within. It allows you to listen at a deep level and effortlessly feel what is in all its subtleties. This meditation also allows the stress and holdings in your physiology to naturally release and self-correct, which helps increase Self-awareness.
