I’ve spent most of my life within the big questions of life and existence. I wanted to understand the deeper mechanics of nature and consciously experience a deep and profound connection to everything.
This desire, this urge, led me to study different spiritual traditions, while simultaneously immersing myself in the field of psychology, bodymind integration, and energy healing. During this exploration, I attained a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and opened my own private practice.
As a free thinker, it’s natural for me to question everything and feel or search inwardly for my own answers. Over the years, I collected many pieces of the puzzle, yet they didn’t fit together seamlessly. For all my searching, I couldn’t find a natural place of integration deep within myself. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take time off from my private practice to piece together this mystery. What I thought would be a short process of several months ended up lasting nearly two decades, and in many ways, continues today and perhaps for the rest of my life.
As I took a deep dive inward and engaged my full experience on all levels of being, exactly as it was, my perception of myself— and thereby my experience of life and existence—slowly and subtly shifted. What I learned was that deep healing brings about spiritual awakening, and spiritual awakening brings about deep healing. You cannot have one without the other.
